Are you a mortgage expert ready to take your career to the next level

We're looking for a Senior Mortgage Associate who can expertly manage the end-to-end mortgage process, support clients and brokers, and ensure smooth loan structuring and compliance!

What You'll Do:

Client consultations & pre-qualifications

Mortgage product selection & structuring

Loan application management (Salesforce, Salestrekker, Creatio)

Credit analysis & compliance

Communication with brokers, lenders, and real estate agents

Post-closing support and client follow-up

Qualifications:

Preferably with 3+ years experience in end-to-end mortgage processing experience

Deep knowledge of lender policies, loan structuring, and compliance

CRM skills (Salesforce, Creatio, Salestrekker)

Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills

Experience with Australian aggregators (AFG, Connective, SFG) is a plus!

Willing to work onsite in the following location:Cainta, Rizal,

Calapan, Oriental Mindoro, FAB, Mariveles, Bataan
