Why This Role Is Important

Global mobility is a critical enabler of SimCorp's regional and global talent strategy, particularly across APAC where business growth, regulatory complexity, and cross border talent movement are increasing.

Senior Mobility Consultant plays a key role in enabling the effective movement of talent across markets such as India, Philippines, Singapore, Australia, Hong Kong, Japan and South Korea, while ensuring compliance with local regulations and delivering a consistent employee experience. This role helps balance business needs, risk management, and cost efficiency, supporting SimCorp's ability to attract, deploy, and retain talent across the region.

This role is part of Global Mobility team and reports to Global Mobility Manager.

What You Will Be Responsible For

  • Managing global mobility activities across APAC, including relocations and international assignments covering India, Philippines, Singapore, Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, and South Korea
  • Advising employees and business leaders on region specific mobility considerations, including immigration, tax, relocation benefits, and compliance requirements
  • Ensuring mobility programs are delivered in line with local regulatory frameworks across multiple APAC jurisdictions
  • Partnering with People Service Delivery, Talent Acquisition, and People Business Partners to support regional workforce and talent strategies
  • Managing regional and global vendors to ensure consistent service delivery and a positive employee experience across APAC locations
  • Tracking assignments, costs, and mobility data to support reporting, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Having typically 5+ years of experience in global mobility, relocation, or HR services, including providing strategic guidance and operational support for mobility programs, ensuring compliance with immigration, tax, and labor laws

  • A collaborative and inclusive mindset when working with senior stakeholders across APAC region
  • Accountability and integrity when managing sensitive employee data and compliance driven processes
  • A proactive and solution oriented approach to improving mobility programs in a complex, multi country environment
  • Clear and confident communication with employees, leaders, and external partners across the region
