Responsibilities
- Ensure plans and programs for strategic vendor sourcing & develop programs per category.
- Managing procurement strategies for assigned categories ( Stock Plan/Open to buy )
- Develop Category promotions, highlights for revenue drivers
- Manage category margins that will support bottom line profits.
- Forecast sales, inventory, & margins to support business objectives
- Provide leadership to direct reports category managers for performance management
- Demonstrate and promote organizational vision and mission
- Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time
NOTE: Must have a Retail Experience particularly in Paints Department
