About The Role
We are seeking a Senior Media Buyer specializing in Meta Ads to own, scale, and optimize high-volume direct-response, lead-generation campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
This role carries end-to-end responsibility for performance, including strategy, execution, optimization, creative testing direction, and reporting. You will manage significant ad spend, drive consistent lead volume at efficient cost-per-lead targets, and partner closely with creative, operations, and leadership teams to continuously improve results.
This is a hands-on senior role for a proven performance marketer who thrives in a metrics-driven environment and is comfortable owning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Meta Campaign Ownership & Strategy
- Own the strategy, execution, and scaling of Meta lead-generation and conversion campaigns.
- Design and maintain efficient campaign structures, audience strategies, budgets, and placements to maximize volume and efficiency.
- Manage and scale significant daily and monthly ad spend while maintaining CPL and lead-quality targets.
- Conduct daily performance monitoring and make rapid, data-driven adjustments.
Optimization, Scaling & Performance Control
- Continuously optimize bids, budgets, audiences, placements, and creatives to improve efficiency and scale.
- Monitor and act on key direct-response metrics including CPA/CPL, CTR, CPC, frequency, and conversion rate.
- Identify performance risks early and implement corrective actions.
- Lead testing roadmaps to systematically improve results.
Creative Direction & Testing Leadership
- Work directly with the creative team to drive structured creative testing across hooks, copy angles, formats (static, video, UGC), and offers.
- Translate performance data into clear creative guidance for designers and video editors.
- Manage creative rotation and fatigue prevention strategies at scale.
- Evaluate creative performance objectively using data, not subjective opinions.
Reporting & Stakeholder Communication
- Own daily, weekly, and monthly performance reporting.
- Analyze trends, diagnose performance shifts, and clearly communicate insights to leadership.
- Provide testing recaps, scaling recommendations, and strategic performance updates.
Continuous Improvement & Market Awareness
- Stay current on Meta algorithm changes, ad policy updates, and performance marketing best practices.
- Monitor competitor activity using Meta Ad Library and apply learnings to campaign strategy.
- Continuously refine systems and workflows to improve speed, efficiency, and scalability.
