Role Summary

We are looking for a technically strong Senior Mechanical Engineer with solid MEP consultancy design experience to join our building services team.

The successful candidate will lead mechanical design packages, prepare and review engineering calculations, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, guide junior engineers and modelers, and support project delivery from concept design through construction-stage technical support.

This role is suited to a senior engineer who can work independently, lead design tasks with minimal supervision, and maintain high standards of technical accuracy, coordination, and documentation quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and guide junior engineers and modelers assigned to the project package.
  • Support design management activities, including interdisciplinary coordination, design risk identification, and resolution of technical issues.
  • Attend internal and external coordination meetings with clients, architects, consultants, and project stakeholders.
  • Prepare technical reports, design narratives, equipment schedules, and engineering documentation.
  • Support tender, IFC/construction documentation, RFI responses, shop drawing reviews, and construction-stage technical queries.
  • Mentor junior engineers and support their technical development.
  • Ensure mechanical design outputs comply with applicable project requirements, codes, standards, and internal quality procedures.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • PRC Licensed Mechanical Engineer.
