Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Package Specialist for Enterprise Asset Management AMS (IBM Maximo), you will assist clients in the operational support of Maximo Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Solutions. You will demonstrate an overall understanding of Maximo-based solutions while leading functional discussions for minor enhancements to existing solutions with internal and client teams. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Support Client Operations: Assist clients in the operational support of Maximo EAM Solutions, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and resolving issues as needed.
- Lead Functional Discussions: Lead functional discussions with internal and client teams to identify and implement minor enhancements to existing Maximo-based solutions.
- Collaborate with Design Teams: Work with design, build, and test teams to ensure successful solution delivery and implementation.
- Provide Expertise: Offer area of expertise in Maximo-based EAM solutions to support client needs and solution delivery.
- Enhance Existing Solutions: Identify opportunities for minor enhancements to existing solutions and lead discussions to implement changes.
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Exposure to Maximo EAM Solutions: Familiarity with Maximo Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Solutions, including their operational support and minor enhancements.
- Understanding of Maximo-based Solutions: Overall comprehension of Maximo-based solutions, enabling the ability to lead functional discussions with internal and client teams.
- Experience with Solution Delivery: Exposure to working with design, build, and test teams to deliver and implement Maximo-based EAM solutions.
- Knowledge of EAM Solution Enhancement: Understanding of the process to identify and implement minor enhancements to existing Maximo-based EAM solutions.
- Familiarity with EAM Solution Operations: Experience working with clients to ensure seamless day-to-day operations of Maximo EAM Solutions and resolving issues as needed.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- Additional Maximo EAM Knowledge: Exposure to advanced features and functionalities of Maximo Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Solutions, including configuration and customization options.
- Industry-specific EAM Solutions: Familiarity with EAM solutions in specific industries, such as manufacturing, oil and gas, or transportation, and understanding of industry-specific challenges and requirements.
- IT Service Management: Experience with IT service management principles and practices, including incident, problem, and change management, and understanding of how they apply to EAM solution support.
