Job Description

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Digital Marketing Strategy & Planning - develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with Cyberzone's business objectives, brand positioning, and revenue targets; drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion across all digital touchpoints; identify audience segments, consumer behavior trends, and emerging digital opportunities within the tech, gaming, mobile, and lifestyle categories; lead data-driven campaign planning and optimization to strengthen Cyberzone's leadership as the ultimate tech destination.
  1. Campaign Management & Execution - lead end to end execution of multi-channel digital campaigns across: social media, paid media, SEO/SEM, influcener/KOL marketing, email marketing, display advertising, CRM & retargeting, monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs such as reach, engagement, traffic, leads, conversions, and ROI
  2. Content Strategy & Brand Storytelling - develop strategic content directions that strengthen Cyberzone's positioning in technology, gaming, pop culture, and digital lifestyle; oversee creation of high performing digital content
  3. Analytics, Insights & Reporting -utilize analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush, and social listening tools to evaluate campaign effectiveness; analyze digital performance, customer behavior, and market trends to improve marketing efficiency and decision-making; prepare regular performance reports, insights presentations, and post-campaign analyses for management; translate data into actionable recommendations to improve digital growth and engagement
  4. SEO, SEM & Performance Marketing - lead SEO initiatives including technical optimization, keyword strategy, on-page improvements, and organic search growth; manage performance marketing campaigns with focus on efficient media spend, audience targeting, and measurable conversion results; optimize paid campaigns to maximize traffic quality, customer acquisition, and sales performance
  5. Brand Building & Community Engagement - strengthen Cyberzone's digital presence and positioning as the leading tech and gaming hub in the Philippines; build strong engagement through gaming, tech, creator, and pop culture communities; develop initiatives that encourage audience participation, advocacy, and customer loyalty; manage online reputation and community interactions across digital platforms
  6. KOL, Media & Partnership Management - lead influencer/KOL collaborations, creator partnerships, and digital PR initiatives; coordinate with media agencies, content creators, gaming communities, and brand partners to expand Cyberzone's reach and relevance; support partnership campaigns and co-marketing opportunities with tech brands and merchants
  7. Budget & Resource Management - manage digital marketing budgets efficiently across campaigns and platforms; ensure proper allocation of resources to maximize campaign effectiveness and business impact; evaluate agency and vendor performance to ensure quality execution and value for investment
  8. Innovation & Digital Technology Integration - stay updated on emerging digital trends, technologies, AI tools, and platform developments relevant to marketing and consumer engagement; recommend and implement new digital tools, automation systems, and innovative campaign approaches to improve operational efficiency and audience experience; explore opportunities in gaming, creators, esports, livestreaming, AI, and experiential digital engagement
