About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to own the enterprise marketing strategy across Singapore and the Philippines — two of our highest-priority markets.

You will be directly accountable for building and accelerating the enterprise revenue pipeline through marketing, and your success will be measured by the quality of opportunities you generate and the business outcomes they produce.

You will work cross-functionally with our Sales, Channel, and Product teams to translate market intelligence into campaigns that open doors with enterprise decision-makers. You will also serve as a mentor and day-to-day leader for our more junior marketing team members, raising the bar on how the team thinks, plans, and executes.

This role reports to the Head of GTM and is ideal for someone who has moved beyond executing marketing tasks and is ready to own a regional marketing P&L with real commercial accountability.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Pipeline Ownership

  • Own the marketing-sourced pipeline for Singapore and the Philippines, with clear targets tied to enterprise revenue goals.
  • Design and execute integrated campaigns — roundtables, executive events, account-based programs, and digital demand generation — that create qualified opportunities for the sales team.
  • Track and report on pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and marketing ROI with the same rigor expected of a commercial function.

Stakeholder & Partner Alignment

  • Align closely with Channel Sales Directors to develop co-marketing motions that support and enable channel partners in both markets.
  • Build and manage relationships with regional Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to amplify credibility and reach among enterprise buyers.
  • Coordinate across multiple internal stakeholders — Sales, Product, and regional leadership — to ensure marketing efforts are tightly integrated with go-to-market priorities.

High-Touch Engagement & Events

  • Lead the strategy and execution of bespoke roundtables, executive dinners, and high-value events designed to engage C-level and VP-level decision-makers.
  • Reframe our conference approach: shift from booth-based presence to structured 1-to-1 meeting programs that deliver measurable pipeline impact.

Team Leadership & Mentorship

  • Act as a mentor and coach to junior marketing team members, helping them develop an enterprise marketing mindset — moving from task execution to strategic thinking.
  • Model leadership through the quality of your work, your ability to influence without authority, and your willingness to invest in others growth.

Market Intelligence & Positioning

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, buyer personas, and market dynamics in Singapore and the Philippines.
  • Translate insights into actionable positioning and messaging that resonates with enterprise buyers in regulated industries (financial services, telco, insurance)

Who You Are (Must Haves)

  • Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in Marketing, preferably within the B2B tech, SaaS, or AI industry.
  • Proven pipeline impact: you can point to specific campaigns or programs you led that generated measurable revenue or pipeline — not just impressions or engagement metrics.
  • Multi-region stakeholder management: demonstrated ability to manage priorities, align agendas, and drive outcomes across multiple markets and cross-functional teams simultaneously.
  • Leadership in any form: whether through managing direct reports, leading cross-functional initiatives, mentoring colleagues, or contributing to your professional or local community — you have a track record of stepping up.
  • Strong commercial instinct: you understand how marketing connects to revenue, and you are comfortable being held accountable for business outcomes.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal), with the ability to communicate persuasively to senior stakeholders and enterprise buyers.

Strong-to-Haves

  • Experience working with or supporting channel partners and indirect sales motions.
  • Familiarity with KOL or influencer engagement in a B2B or enterprise context.
  • Experience in Southeast Asian markets, particularly Singapore and/or the Philippines.
  • Exposure to account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and tools.
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms and marketing automation — as a strategic user, not just an operator.
