Lead Research Coordination for Data-Driven Real Estate Platforms

As a Senior Market Research Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality research operations that support strategic insights for global stakeholders. This opportunity is designed for experienced research professionals with a strong background in market research agencies or enterprise research teams who are confident managing research logistics, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring studies run smoothly from planning to delivery. The Qualifications We Seek

  • Minimum 5 years of experiencein market research operations, research coordination, or insights support roles
  • Experience working within a market research agency (e.g., Kantar, NielsenIQ, Ipsos, Pulse Asia, or similar firms)OR as a market researcher within a large enterprise insights team
  • Proven client-facing or stakeholder management experience, including coordinating with researchers, internal teams, and external clients
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple research studies simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and timelines
  • Strong experience recruiting and coordinating research participants for qualitative or quantitative studies
  • Advanced organizational and project coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present updates and collaborate with stakeholders professionally
  • Solid data handling and visualization skills using Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience working with surveys, questionnaires, and structured research data outputs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using research platforms such as Qualtrics, Q, SurveyMonkey, or similar tools
  • Exposure to qualitative research methods including interviews, focus groups, or diary studies
  • Experience supporting research within digital, product, or technology environments
  • Background in research community management or panel management
  • Degree in Market Research, Social Sciences, Psychology, or a related discipline

Your Daily Tasks

  • Managing participant recruitment for high-impact qualitative and quantitative research, including interviews, and surveys
  • Coordinating research logistics with internal stakeholders and trusted external partners
  • Supporting the development of questionnaires, screeners and discussion guides under the guidance of senior researchers
  • Assisting with analysis and reporting, including summarising findings, creating simple charts and contributing to research reports
  • Maintaining research operations best practice, including participant databases, consent management and incentives
  • Development of internal guidelines and protocols for research operations (e.g. briefing documents, how to guides)
  • Helping improve how research is delivered by identifying opportunities to streamline tools, processes and workflows
