The Role
At Senior Managing / Principal level, you will report to the Chief Operating Officer and hold significant responsibility for technical leadership, delivery outcomes, and maintaining client trust.
This role is targeted at senior practitioners who:

You will lead complex consulting engagements, influence senior stakeholders, and contribute directly to the evolution, growth and success of SIS.
Located in the Phillipines, work is largely remote with periodic regional and international travel required.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full accountability for delivery of complex OT / ICS cyber security engagements to time, cost, and quality targets.
- Lead delivery of OT cyber security services across FEED cycle, security audit & compliance/ assurance services, threat and risk assessments, architecture, governance, implementation, OT-SOC, and training services.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders across engineering, operations, cyber, and executive leadership.
- Provide senior-level technical leadership and peer review, ensuring outcomes meet SIS quality and assurance standards
- Mentor and uplift consultants, contributing to team capability, competence assessment, and professional growth.
- Actively improve ways of working, tools, and methods, strengthening SIS consulting practice over time.
What We're Looking For
- You bring deep, handson OT / ICS cyber security expertise and are known for setting the technical direction on complex engagements, influencing outcomes through credibility rather than position.
- 8-10+ years experience delivering outcome-driven OT / ICS cyber security projects across power, water, oil & gas, transport, and critical manufacturing sectors.
- Demonstrated capability operating at Senior Managing or Principal Consultant level or equivalent engineering expertise.
- Proven experience leading complex engagements with high autonomy and influence. Asset owner/ operator experience is welcome.
- Strong stakeholder credibility across engineering, operations, cyber, and executive audiences
