About The Role

The Senior Manager, Insurance Conservation is responsible for leading customer retention initiatives, improving policy persistency, and ensuring operational excellence across conservation activities. This role plays a key part in preserving revenue and enhancing customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage policy conservation and customer retention programs.
  • Oversee lapse prevention and policy reinstatement initiatives.
  • Track conservation performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes.
  • Lead a team responsible for client engagement and conservation operations.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in insurance operations or customer retention.
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance servicing and policy administration.
  • Excellent people management and problem-solving skills.
