As we continue reshaping the future of our commercial organization, we are looking for a forwardthinking Manager People & Culture (HR or P&C) Commercial who will elevate our people strategy, strengthen leadership effectiveness, and ensure our organization is designed for performance and growth.

This is a role partnering closely with Commercial leaders to build capabilities, lead change, and champion a culture grounded in PMI DNA and Growth at PMI behaviors.

What Is Expected of You

In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor, strategist, and coach to Commercial leaders. You will influence and shape organizational initiatives, lead change management, develop talent pipelines, and drive programs that enhance leadership effectiveness, engagement, and overall people experience.

You will also ensure people practices across the Commercial organization are aligned with global P&C standards while being responsive to the unique needs of the business.

Lead Organizational Change & Optimization

  • Lead major organizational design, change, and optimization initiatives in partnership with Commercial function leaders.
  • Provide proactive guidance on change management tools, methodologies, and best practices.

Strategic P&C Advisory

  • Advise, consult, and coach leaders on strategic people topics such as workforce planning, organization development, labor relations, and leadership effectiveness.
  • Strengthen managerial capabilities and foster a culture of continuous performance improvement.

Talent & Leadership Development

  • Partner with leaders to build a strong, sustainable talent pipeline for critical roles.
  • Facilitate talent mapping, succession discussions, performance calibration, and development planning.
  • Deploy tailored learning and leadership development solutions aligned with business needs.

Employee Insights, Engagement & Culture

  • Translate employee insights into actionable solutions that improve wellbeing, inclusion, engagement, and managerial effectiveness.
  • Drive adoption of PMI DNA behaviors and Growth at PMI mindset through localized initiatives.

Employee Relations & Policy Governance

  • Provide guidance on complex employee and labor relations matters.
  • Ensure consistent application of company policies and compliance with local labor regulations.
  • Partner with P&C Centers of Expertise and Services teams to ensure excellent delivery of core P&C services.

Who We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or any related field.
  • At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, with 5+ years in a P&C or HR Business Partner role supporting senior leaders.
