This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Manager Finance Accounting, located in Makati. The Senior Manager will oversee the preparation, analysis, and management of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Responsibilities include budgeting, financial reporting, providing insights through data analysis, and implementing effective financial strategies. The role also involves identifying areas of financial improvement and contributing to major financial decision-making processes aligned with organizational goals.

• Strong proficiency in Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, and Budgeting
• Extensive knowledge of Finance principles and practices
• Exceptional Analytical Skills to interpret and analyze financial data effectively
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle complex financial tasks
• Proven leadership and team management experience in a financial setting
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA designation or equivalent is highly preferred
• Proficiency in financial management software and tools
• Previous experience in luxury retail or similar industries is a plus
