At Maya, we build AI that actually ships. We're looking for a Machine Learning Engineer focused on AI Solutions to turn GenAI from experiments into real, scalable fintech systems.
This role is for builders—people who take models, agents, and ideas all the way to production.
What you'll do
- Build GenAI and agent-based solutions that solve real business problems
- Design RAG pipelines that ground models on reliable, real-time data
- Develop AI services and APIs teams can easily integrate and scale
- Put AI into production with monitoring, evals, and cost controls (LLMOps)
- Partner with product, engineering, and data teams to deliver impact fast
What we're looking for
- Strong experience building ML / GenAI solutions beyond prototyping
- Hands-on with agentic workflows, RAG, and vector databases
- Solid Python and API development skills
- Comfortable productionizing AI on cloud platforms (AWS or similar)
- Can work with stakeholders and own solutions end to end
