About the Job

• We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Underwriter to lead underwriting efforts and
• drive strategic credit decisions.
• We can accept applicants who have similar experience in Credit Loan/Credit Risk Assessment/Credit Processor for small businesses.
• This role requires 510 years of underwriting experience,
• advanced financial analysis skills, and the ability to mentor junior team members.
• The Senior Underwriter will work closely with senior management to evaluate complex transactions and ensure sound risk management practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead underwriting process for complex commercial credit transactions.
• Perform advanced financial analysis, including DCF, DSCR, and cash flow modeling.
• Assess risk and recommend credit structures aligned with company objectives.
• Collaborate with senior management on strategic credit decisions.
• Mentor and guide junior underwriters and analysts.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare detailed credit memos and present recommendations to credit committee.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications
