Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Leasing Manager based in Pasay City. The Senior Leasing Manager will oversee lease administration and property management operations, manage lease agreements, conduct market research, implement tenant retention initiatives, and provide leadership in day-to-day property management to ensure high occupancy and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience not only in office leasing but also in residential, commercial, and industrial property leasing. The role requires strong expertise in tenant negotiations, market analysis, and leasing strategy within the real estate sector, with the ability to drive leasing performance and contribute to the growth of the companys property portfolio.
This position requires someone with strong relationships within the brokerage community, enabling effective marketing of available spaces and faster tenant placement. In addition to managing and leading a leasing team, the Senior Leasing Manager is expected to actively participate in leasing activities, personally engaging with brokers, agents, and potential tenants to help fill vacancies across the companys properties.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing leases and lease administration
- Experience leasing office, residential, commercial, and industrial properties
- Strong network and relationships with real estate brokers and agents
- Proficiency in market research to analyze trends and optimize leasing strategies
- Expertise in property management and tenant retention practices
- Ability to actively source tenants and close leasing deals, not only manage a team
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to property leasing and management
- Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate Management, or a related field is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the property or real estate industry
