What Are We Looking For
We are seeking a Senior Lead Architect who will lead the design and execution of fast-paced office and commercial fit-out projects while managing and mentoring a team of architects and designers. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong design leadership, technical expertise, and project management skills, ensuring high-quality project delivery on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of office and commercial fit-out projects from concept to completion.
- Manage, mentor, and supervise the architectural team to ensure high-quality design delivery and productivity.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to client expectations.
- Maintain design excellence and innovation while balancing functional, budgetary, and regulatory requirements.
- Review and approve architectural drawings, specifications, and technical details.
- Collaborate with engineering, interior design, and project management teams for coordinated project delivery.
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing updates and ensuring satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and other regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Architecture; Licensed Architect
- 4+ years of Architectural experience, with background in office and commercial fit-outs.
- Proven leadership experience in managing architectural teams.
- Strong design, technical detailing, and project management skills.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and related software.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- Research materials, finishes, and fixtures suitable for office interiors.
Work Set-up: Face-to Face Office Set-up
Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
