Context
The Senior Landscape Architect will work with and collaborate with the firm's engineers, architects, surveyors, community planners and other consultants to meet the design specifications of the client for the outdoor space, and to draw up the plans in explicit details, modelling of the space with structures, walkways, and other necessary components to better visualization.
Missions/Main Duties
- Consults with professionals and clients about external area designs, costs, and construction;
- Compules and analyses site and community data about geographical and ecological features, landforms, soils, vegetation, site hydrology, visual characteristics and human-made structures, to formulate land use and development reccommendations, and for preparing environmental impact statements; and
- Prepares reports, site plans, working drawings, specifications and cost estimates for land development, shows location and details of proposals, including ground modelling, structures, vegetation, and access.
Profile/Skills
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Landscape design.
- Graduate of BS Architecture/Landscape Architecture.
- Registered professional with minimum of 5 yearws related work experience gained from Architectural and/or consulting and design firms.
