Responsible for the Fragrance sales and marketing of the existing and potential clients in the market.
Prepare the annual sales budget and report sales performance.
Develop a strategic business plan including the execution and implementation activities to ensure the achievement of the sales budget.
Set up objectives for the key accounts, develop and maintain a Critical Action Plan so that the appropriate resources are allocated by Takasago Singapore to adequately support the sales efforts.
Implement appropriate pricing strategies so that Gross Profit targets are achieved.
Work closely with the related departments in Takasago Singapore and distributor to facilitate the proper and prompt handling of projects, order processing and deliveries to customers.
Manage the activities in coordination with relevant departments such that the appropriate support is provided and complements the sales strategies and efforts.
Submit monthly Sales Reports providing updates on the status of the sales performance as well as the progress of projects with the key accounts.
Identify new customers that can be developed as Key Accounts.
Provide regular updates on the latest Fragrance trends, concepts and applications
Collect market and customer information to enable the proper formulation of strategies and tactics to expand Takasago's business.
Qualifications:
Has at least min 5 years of sales experience in Fragrance or FMCG industry
