The Role
We are looking for a senior Full Stack Developer with strong Java and React/Next.js experience to join our team as a key technical contributor. The candidate will work closely with the US-based leadership and product team and will help ensure high-quality execution across a distributed engineering team. You will have strong ownership of your work, influence over technical decisions, and the opportunity to contribute directly to meaningful product development.
Your Responsibilities- Hands-On Development
- Build and maintain backend services using Java (Spring Boot preferred)
- Develop modern frontend features using React and Next.js
- Take ownership of features from planning through release
- Contribute to bug fixes, enhancements, and performance improvements
- Code Quality & Best Practices
- Participate in and lead code reviews to maintain high engineering standards
- Help ensure code is clean, maintainable, and production-ready
- Identify areas for improvement and suggest practical solutions
- Technical Contribution
- Contribute to system design and architectural decisions
- Help improve consistency, scalability, and reliability of the platform
- Work closely with leadership on technical direction when needed
- Collaboration
- Work directly with US-based leadership and product team (with overlapping hours)
- Collaborate with a distributed engineering team to ensure smooth delivery
- Communicate clearly around progress, blockers, and solutions
What We're Looking For
- Ideally should possess at least 6 years of full stack development experience
- Strong backend experience with Java (Spring Boot or similar)
- Strong frontend experience with React and Next.js
- Experience building and maintaining production applications
- Experience working in distributed or remote teams
- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
- Comfortable taking ownership and working independently
- Actively uses tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar in daily work
- Comfortable using AI to improve productivity, debugging, and code quality
- Interested in applying AI to real-world engineering challenges
