We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our personal lending software platform, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security. This role requires a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies, with a focus on delivering robust and user-friendly solutions.

What you will be doing:

•Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure web applications using Vue.js, Java, Spring Boot, SQL/NoSQL, and other cutting-edge technologies.

•Architect complex, micro-services centric architectures to ensure modularity, scalability, and maintainability.

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

•Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

•Implement and maintain cloud-based solutions on AWS.

•Utilize data analytics, machine learning, and AI to improve and innovate lending practices.

•Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

•Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.

•Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.

•Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our platform remains at the forefront of innovation.

Skills:

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

•5+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong emphasis on web applications.

•Proficiency in front-end technologies such as Vue.js.

•Expertise in back-end development using Java and Spring Boot.

•Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases.

•Experience with AWS cloud services.

•Familiarity with data warehousing concepts.

•Understanding of data analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence applications.

•Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

•Strong communication and collaboration skills.

•Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications:

•Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.

•Experience in the financial services industry.

•Knowledge of microservices architecture.

•Proven ability to architect complex, micro-services centric architectures.

•Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
