About the Role
The Digital for Institution Division (ITIN) within the Information Technology Department (ITD) of our client is in need of a Senior IT Governance Analyst to provide analytical and administrative support for divisional work planning, reporting, and communications requirements. He/she will help enhance the division's ability to deliver its work plan by coordinating cross-functional activities and special initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness, cohesion, and teamwork.
Scope of Work/Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and promote better coordination across ITIN.
- Facilitate status meetings and design and provide periodic status reports and dashboards on initiatives.
- Monitor the division's resources (budget, skills, capacity vs. demand) and ensure ITIN's budget is used effectively and efficiently following standard accounting practices.
- Maintain dashboards for all IT financial information and budget-related activities.
- Prepare ITIN's annual institutional procurement plan and all procurement-related documents; process procurement requests for the division; and monitor contracts, including payment milestones; prepare amendments arising from change requests.
- Gather and analyze data required for workforce management, staff and organizational development, and service management in operations and product delivery initiatives; maintain ITIN HR administrative artifacts and support staff onboarding.
- Support the division's space requirements by coordinating with the ITD space focal point and assisting in space-related activities.
- Help design, organize, and facilitate divisional activities such as but not limited to workshops, townhall meetings, knowledge-sharing events, team building activities, retreats, rewards and recognition activities.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned and reflected in the work plan.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field.
- At least 7 years of relevant professional experience in process improvement, corporate planning and results management, office administration, or equivalent, including at least 2 years of IT procurement experience.
- Experience with IT procurement and the Coupa system is highly desirable.
- Demonstrable skills in presentation design with the ability to convey complex subject matter in a concise and compelling manner; knowledge of budgeting principles and practices, as well as strategy development methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational levels
- Ability to plan and facilitate meetings, solve problems, achieve consensus, and determine next steps.
