Responsibilities
Senior IT Governance Analyst to provide analytical and administrative support for divisional work planning, reporting, and communications requirements,
ensuring alignment of ITINs priorities with ITD and company planning directions. The Senior IT Governance Analyst will help enhance the divisions ability to
deliver its work plan by coordinating cross-functional activities and special initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness, cohesion, and teamwork.
The role will provide support to the Director, ITIN, and ensure that division operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field.
- At least 7 years of relevant professional experience in process improvement, corporate planning and results management, office administration, or equivalent, including at least 2 years of IT procurement experience.
- Experience with IT procurement and the Coupa system is highly desirable.
- Demonstrable skills in presentation design with the ability to convey complex subject matter in a concise and compelling manner; knowledge of budgeting principles and practices, as well as strategy development methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to collaborate effectively across organizational levels; ability to plan and facilitate meetings, solve problems, achieve consensus, and determine next steps.
Work Arrangement
- Hybrid, requiring contractors to report onsite three times a week. If the user unit requires contractors to report to HQ for more than 3 days, compliance is mandatory.
- Work Schedule is from 8:00AM 5:00PM Manila Time.
