Our Internal Audit Team is looking for a Senior IT Auditor. In this position, you will be responsible for delivering IT, system implementation, application control and programme assurance reviews assisting the Internal Audit Managers. You will also have the opportunity of leading small digital or programme assurance reviews as well as supporting other regional managers.
What you'll do
- Support the Internal Audit Manager IT & Programme Assurance by delivering reviews across IT, digital services, system implementations (pre- and post-go-live), and programme assurance in line with the Group Audit Plan.
- Apply strong understanding of Inchcape's business, strategy, and operating model to identify risks, assess internal controls, and plan, execute, and report on IT, digital, and programme audits.
- Perform audit testing across IT general controls, digital service delivery, application controls, system implementation, and programme governance, including planning, designing, and executing test procedures.
- Present audit findings and recommendations confidently to management, influence decisions to strengthen controls, and produce highquality audit documentation in TeamMate+.
- Work closely with the business to ensure timely completion of remediation actions while enhancing the audit universe and supporting annual risk assessments and audit planning.
- Contribute to the Internal Audit Data Analytics Strategy, provide data-driven insights, collaborate with stakeholders across regions, and offer advisory support on technology and programme delivery controls.
About You
- Bachelor's degree and professional qualification of ACA/CPA/CISA/CIA or equivalent PMI, MSP, Prince 2 or equivalent desirable
- Deep Internal Audit, Risk and Governance subject matter expert with 5+ years experience in planning and delivering IT, system and Programme Assurance audits. Experience gained through big 4 / top 10 accountancy firms or through global publicly listed business environment.
- Proven experience and knowledge of auditing IT general controls, common ERP, DMS and CRM systems, programme governance and delivery (e.g. SDLC, agile methodology)
- Knowledge of internal control framework for information technology (e.g. COSO, COBIT) and understanding of cybersecurity framework (e.g. NIST, CIS or ISO 27001), ITIL
- Experience and knowledge of data analytics, data science and data engineering desirable.
