We are seeking a Senior Investment Analyst to make an impact and support investments across renewable energy, infrastructure, and real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain bank-grade financial models (cash-flow waterfalls, IRR/NPV, DSCR/LLCR, sensitivities/scenarios) for renewable energy, infrastructure, and hospitality projects.
- Conduct investment and risk analysis, delivering clear insights for feasibility studies and pre-investment decisions.
- Navigate and manage Philippine compliance permits and approvals (DOE, NGCP, ERC, CEZA, LGUs, DENR, DAR).
- Prepare investment memos and board materials to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor market trends, revenue paths, and regulatory developments in the Philippine power and renewables sector.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's/CFA/CPA/MBA preferred).
- 5+ years experience in project finance/investment analysis, ideally in renewable energy.
- Strong background in Finance Modelling.
- Proven ability to build from-scratch models for utility-scale solar/wind projects.
- Strong knowledge of feasibility research, risk assessment, and Philippine permitting processes.
- Advanced Excel skills; strong communication and stakeholder management experience.
