Position Purpose:

The Senior Human Resources Manager is responsible for developing and leading a

Comprehensive Global Strategy For Compensation, Benefits, And Employee Recognition.

This role is responsible for managing competitive compensation and benefits programs

that attract, retain and motivate employees in a fast-paced BPO environment. This role

ensures compliance with local labor laws, internal policies and industry best practices

while aligning with the company's strategic objectives.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership
  • Design and implement total rewards strategies that support business growth and
  • talent acquisition.
  • Align rewards programs with organizational culture, values, and performance
  • Compensation Management
  • Assists with he development of base pay structures, incentive plans, and executive compensation programs.
  • Conduct market benchmarking, pay equity analysis, and internal audits to ensure fairness and competitiveness.
  • Facilitates annual compensation cycles, including merit increases, promotions, and bonus allocations.
  • Benefits Administration
  • Manage benefits offerings including healthcare, retirement, wellness, and leave
  • Evaluate and negotiate with vendors to ensure cost-effective and employee- centric benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations.
  • Compliance & Governance
  • Ensure all compensation and benefits practices comply with labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails for compensation and benefits
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Generate reports and insights on compensation trends, turnover, and cost
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to leadership for strategic workforce
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Lead and develop a high-performing Compensation & Benefits team. Collaborate with HRBPs, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of rewards programs
  • Drive change management and communication strategies for new initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 8-10 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Deep knowledge of compensation and benefits practices, executive pay, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills. Experience with HRIS systems, data analytics tools, and vendor management.
