Position Purpose:
The Senior Human Resources Manager is responsible for developing and leading a
Comprehensive Global Strategy For Compensation, Benefits, And Employee Recognition.
This role is responsible for managing competitive compensation and benefits programs
that attract, retain and motivate employees in a fast-paced BPO environment. This role
ensures compliance with local labor laws, internal policies and industry best practices
while aligning with the company's strategic objectives.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership
- Design and implement total rewards strategies that support business growth and
- talent acquisition.
- Align rewards programs with organizational culture, values, and performance
- Compensation Management
- Assists with he development of base pay structures, incentive plans, and executive compensation programs.
- Conduct market benchmarking, pay equity analysis, and internal audits to ensure fairness and competitiveness.
- Facilitates annual compensation cycles, including merit increases, promotions, and bonus allocations.
- Benefits Administration
- Manage benefits offerings including healthcare, retirement, wellness, and leave
- Evaluate and negotiate with vendors to ensure cost-effective and employee- centric benefits.
- Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations.
- Compliance & Governance
- Ensure all compensation and benefits practices comply with labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails for compensation and benefits
- Analytics & Reporting
- Generate reports and insights on compensation trends, turnover, and cost
- Provide data-driven recommendations to leadership for strategic workforce
- Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and develop a high-performing Compensation & Benefits team. Collaborate with HRBPs, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of rewards programs
- Drive change management and communication strategies for new initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 8-10 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Deep knowledge of compensation and benefits practices, executive pay, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills. Experience with HRIS systems, data analytics tools, and vendor management.
