A global digital services organization in the gaming industry and they are in need urgent of a full-time HR Consultant (2-3 months) to help with the following:
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic HR guidance by driving organizational development, supporting multi-region scaling, ensuring labor law compliance, and partnering with leadership on workforce planning.
- Coordinate with HR leaders and business units across different countries to ensure alignment with global standards while adapting to regional needs and cultural nuances.
- With the CPO, develop the global people strategy and take the lead on local implementation and implement integrated HR strategies to align with the overall global business strategy and support long-term organizational objectives across all regions.
Requirements:
- Extensive HR Generalist experience working directly with international stakeholders
- Must be willing to work in Mandaluyong from Monday to Friday
- Must be open to starting right away
