This is a full-time, on-site role for a Workforce Management Analyst Manager based in Calabarzon, Philippines. The Workforce Management Analyst Manager will be responsible for workforce planning and scheduling, overseeing staffing levels, utilizing workforce management tools (eWFM), analyzing data to optimize performance, and ensuring operational efficiency. The role also includes communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals.

• Strong expertise in Workforce Management and Workforce Planning
• Proficiency in using workforce management tools like eWFM
• Excellent Analytical Skills to optimize workflows and enhance efficiency
• Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting
• Proven ability to lead and manage workforce teams
• Familiarity with industry best practices and trends in workforce management
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Operations Management, or related disciplines
• Experience in a similar management role is a plus
