About the Role

We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to support business leaders and people managers through strong HR partnering, employee relations expertise, and people-focused initiatives. This role plays a key part in driving a positive employee experience while ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and effective change management.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver end-to-end HR support, contribute to strategic people initiatives, and continuously improve HR processes using data and insights.

What You'll Do

HR Business Partnering & Employee Relations

  • Act as a trusted HR advisor to leaders and people managers
  • Manage complex employee relations cases, investigations, and escalations
  • Provide practical guidance on policies, labor law, and people practices
  • Support managers through ER clinics and continuous HR capability building

Change Management & Strategic HR Support

  • Lead and support organizational design and change initiatives
  • Assist with employee transitions, consultations, and workforce changes
  • Support acquisitions, integrations, and due diligence activities
  • Identify people risks, trends, and improvement opportunities

HR Operations & Data

  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of HR data and HRIS records
  • Prepare people reports and analytics to support HR projects and decisions
  • Use HR data and case trends to drive performance and process improvements

Policy, Process & Capability Development

  • Review, update, and develop HR policies and documentation
  • Drive HR process efficiency and continuous improvement
  • Support leadership development and people manager training
  • Coach and support junior HR team members

What We're Looking For

  • CIPD qualification or equivalent HR certification (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong background in employee relations, labor law, and HR advisory
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders and operational teams
  • Proven ability to manage difficult conversations with confidence and professionalism
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
  • High integrity, sound judgment, and a collaborative mindset
  • Willingness to travel and flexibility to support business needs

Experience

  • Previous experience in an HR Business Partner or Junior HRBP role
  • Hands-on experience supporting change management initiatives
  • Strong employee relations case management experience
  • Experience using HR data and analytics to propose solutions
  • Proficiency in Excel and HR reporting
