Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Human Resources Business Partner role located in Pioneer, Mandaluyong Site. The Senior HR Business Partner is responsible for implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and overseeing performance management processes. The role involves partnering with leadership to develop HR strategies, addressing workforce challenges, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Policies and general Human Resources (HR) functions
• Strong experience in Employee Relations with a solid understanding of Labor and Employment Law
• Expertise in Performance Management processes
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the healthcare or BPO industry is an advantage
