About the Role

The Senior HRBP Manager function is focused on attracting, developing, and empowering people across the organization. This includes identifying high-potential talent, strengthening capabilities, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. The team works closely with business leaders and subject matter experts to design and deliver effective talent strategies aligned with evolving market trends and business priorities.

In this role, you will act as a talent generalist, providing end-to-end support to leaders while guiding employees through key stages of their development. You will play an important part in aligning people initiatives with business goals, ultimately contributing to stronger engagement, retention, and performance.

As you grow in this role, you will be expected to operate as a trusted advisor-leveraging your experience, perspective, and relationships to influence outcomes. You will help navigate complex challenges, coach stakeholders, and bring clarity to ambiguous situations, while contributing to the development of high-performing, inclusive teams.

The Opportunity

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with multiple service lines, supporting a broad range of business areas including Advisory, Assurance, Tax, and Business Services. You will contribute to high-impact initiatives, helping enhance delivery quality and drive innovation across the organization.

As part of this team, you will take ownership of the talent agenda for a specific business unit. Acting as a strategic partner to leadership, you will help shape and implement people strategies that strengthen team performance and employee experience. This includes driving initiatives that promote inclusion, engagement, and overall well-being, while enabling leaders to make informed, data-driven talent decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute talent strategies aligned to business priorities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related field
  • At least 10 years of HR experience, including 3+ years in a business partnering or talent consulting role
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in Psychology or Human Resource Management
  • Postgraduate studies or relevant HR certifications
  • Experience in workforce planning and succession management
  • Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills
  • Proven ability to lead change initiatives and communication plans
  • Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday)
  • Strong project management and facilitation capabilities
  • Ability to simplify complex issues through strategic thinking
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on inclusive leadership
