  • Salary: SGD $1,500 $2,200 (sign contractor, no SHUI)
  • English: Good (4 skills)
  • Fulltime Remote, 10am-7pm SGT, Monday to Friday. We don't open for part-time & 2nd-job

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The HR Operations Executive is known as a People Partner and promotes a positive employee experience. In support of Groundup.ai's mission, you will be responsible for the following:

Attracting Talent and Recruitment:

Plan and execute recruitment processes and activities to attract candidates and meet business needs.

Upkeep and develop new effective recruitment channels (Referrals, Career fairs, campus, e2i, etc) and recommend design and communication for recruitment collaterals.

Co-conduct and facilitate activities for potential candidate selection, shortlisting, interviewing, benchmarking, and offering of contracts.

Work collaboratively with the marketing team to execute social media storyboard/landing page/job postings on Groundup.Ai's social media presence.

Orientation:

Facilitating a smooth new hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience.

Manage and prepare all preboarding, onboarding, and operational paperwork, schedules, and filing.

Be the main source of ideas and initiator for employee engagement activities/programs.

General HR Responsibilities:

Manage Payroll, CPF, and all employee-related matters such as leave entitlements, compensation, and benefits, and submit all statutory claims - childcare, maternity, NS makeup claims, etc.

Execute exit formalities and conduct exit interviews.

Participate in and handle government surveys, grants, and claims.

Be the point of contact on HR topics such as policy clarification, benefits administration, and use of HR systems.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's Degree and equivalent in Business Management, Human Resources Management, or a related field.

3 to 4 years of successful HR generalist and professional experience in a fast-moving and agile environment.

Thrives in a fast-paced and energetic start-up environment.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, follow-through, and results orientation, ability to deliver high-quality work independently.

Technically competent with Singapore's regulations, trends, and best practices

Demonstrable commitment to continuous improvement with a high degree of initiative.

Resilient and comfortable taking ownership.

Excellent written, spoken, and interpersonal skills in the English language.

Ability to understand key HR metrics, such as engagement and retention, and employee value and performance. Note for Singapore candidates: This is a hybrid working position where a candidate would work both from home and the office when needed. The other countries will work 100% in remote type.

Qualifications that set you apart

Strong communication skills in an additional language such as Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, Korean, or Arabic.

Familiarity with HR practices in the following countries Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, South Korea.
