Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Align HR strategies with business goals to drive growth and operational efficiency.
- Talent Management: Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition and implement robust Learning & Development (L&D) programs.
- Employee Relations: Manage complex employee relations issues and ensure full compliance with labor laws.
- Compensation & Benefits: Design and manage competitive compensation structures tailored for the FMCG industry.
- HR Metrics: Monitor and optimize key metrics such as turnover rates, cost-per-hire, and employee engagement levels.
- Mentorship: Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure professional growth and high performance.
Qualifications
- Education: College Graduate (Post-graduate studies or HR certifications are a plus).
- Experience: At least 23 years of solid experience as a Senior HR Manager, preferably in the FMCG or manufacturing sector.
- Competencies: Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and deep knowledge of PH Labor Laws.
- Location: Willing to work in San Juan City, Manila.
