The Bancassurance Area Manager (BAM) strives to lead and develop Bancassurance Sales Executives (BSEs) and ensures that sales targets and critical metrics are met and exceeded.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Promote and maintain the reputation of BPI AIA and its affiliates.
- Ensure each individual within the team delivers to our committed targets and service levels.
- Implement activity management based on agreed company standards and ensure our team members have complete logistics needed to perform the job.
- Enable the branch support from each of the branches in order to achieve referral and sales levels
- Build, maintain, and improve relationships with the bank's Area Business Director (ABD) and other key bank employees and ensure regular contact and communications through regular meetings and other means to support the achievement of the area production target.
- Empower, train and mentor the team and ensure adherence to compliance, code of conduct, and market conduct guidelines.
- Identify and arrange training needs of team members and bank staff within the assigned area. Identify communication needs as well of each of the branches.
- Prepare and analyze required consolidated reports for management (both internal and for the Area Business Director)
- Attendance to meetings and trainings as required by the company
- Perform other tasks as may be required by immediate superior for the purposes of Bancassurance business
Minimum job requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any course
- At least 3-5 years experience in Sales of which 1-2 years are in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
- Excellent leadership skills
- Excellent planning and organizing skills
- Computer savvy
