Summary
The Senior HR Manager provides both strategic and tactical human resources leadership and support, to meet the needs of the business. This individual is an action-oriented self-starter who develops HR strategies and implements HR practices in support of organizational advancement. In alignment with the local leadership, the SHM is responsible for creating, developing and executing programs with a sense of urgency and producing clear results.
