Senior HR Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior HR Manager to lead and oversee all human resources functions for our operations in Cagayan de Oro. This role will play a critical part in driving people strategies, strengthening organizational culture, and ensuring HR practices effectively support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance
- Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders on workforce planning and organizational development
- Oversee talent acquisition and retention strategies to support business growth
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
- Drive performance management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives
- Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and best practices
- Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 8–10 years of progressive HR experience
- Minimum of 4–5 years in a leadership or managerial role
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
- Proven experience handling a large and diverse workforce
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work on-site in Cagayan de Oro
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in retail, shared services, or large-scale operations is an advantage
- Strong background in organizational development and change management
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
