Position Overview:

The HR Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all human resources functions nationwide, supporting a workforce of approximately 1000 employees. This role ensures alignment of HR strategies with organizational objectives while fostering a positive and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage HR operations across all locations, ensuring accountability and efficiency.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, and retention programs to attract and retain top talent.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and strategies that support organizational goals.
  • Design and maintain performance evaluation systems to monitor, assess, and enhance employee productivity.
  • Plan and deliver leadership development initiatives, skills training, and career growth programs.
  • Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees, addressing workplace issues and promoting a positive culture.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to employment practices.
