Shift: Day Shift (Mon - Fri, 06:00 AM - 03:00 PM); Weekends off

Salary: PHP 60,000

The Qualifications We Seek

• Minimum of 7 years&apos proven experience as an HR Generalist, with hands-on exposure across the full spectrum of HR functions
• Demonstrated success in recruiting mid- to senior-level Project and Program Management roles (preferred).
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent acquisition platforms to source and engage top candidates.
• Strong business communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at all levels.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive HR and employee data.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Positive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented mindset, with resilience in handling challenges.
• Self-driven and collaborative team player who thrives in both independent and team settings.

Your Daily Tasks

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, qualifying, and closing candidates.
• Successfully place offshore talent with Australian clients.
• Provide candidates with timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
• Prepare and organize interview packs.
• Support HR and recruitment teams with administrative tasks.
• Oversee employee relations and address workplace concerns.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs.
• Develop and implement employee engagement and retention strategies.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Promote workplace safety and wellness initiatives.
• Design and facilitate training and development programs to support employee growth.
