We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter with a strong background in healthcare talent acquisition to join our team. This role is perfect for a highly driven recruiter who excels at sourcing top clinical and non-clinical healthcare talent in a fast-paced environment. You will partner closely with hiring managers, develop effective sourcing strategies, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for a wide range of healthcare roles, including clinical, administrative, and leadership positions.
- Collaborate directly with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and craft targeted recruiting strategies.
- Proactively source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates using multiple sourcing tools, job boards, and networks.
- Manage a high-volume requisition load while maintaining speed, quality, and candidate engagement.
- Build pipelines for difficult-to-fill roles and anticipate future hiring needs.
- Ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
- Track recruiting metrics and maintain compliance with organizational hiring processes.
- Stay current on healthcare talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive market conditions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 3+ years specific to healthcare recruiting (clinical or non-clinical).
- Proven success recruiting nurses, medical staff, allied health professionals, or healthcare administrators.
- Strong sourcing capabilities using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and additional sourcing tools.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Must be comfortable working onsite daily in Tampa.
