GTM Operations (Processes, Systems, Data Infrastructure)

  • Serve as the GTM operations expert, deeply understanding and overseeing all processes and systems that power GTM, including but not limited to Salesforce, Docusign, Download Gateway, Microsoft Teams.
  • Oversee and update in real-time Account, Contact, Opportunity, and Quote records in Salesforce, working closely with Account Executives, Pricing and the Director of Revenue Operations.
  • Manage CRM data quality by cleaning duplicates, standardizing fields, and ensuring accurate pipeline updates.
  • Manage CLM data quality by overseeing the correct storage of client contracts and assisting cross-functional team members with contract-related tasks / questions.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to support pipeline reviews and revenue forecasting.
  • Partner with U.S. leadership to provide data-driven insights and support decision-making.

GTM Enablement (GTM Tools, Training, and Content)

  • Create materials for and host Salesforce enablement sessions to train new hires and upskill existing GTM team members.
  • Develop and maintain a centralized content library of GTM resources, workflows and playbooks.
  • Assess GTM knowledge gaps and suggest targeted training initiatives.
  • Send out a weekly GTM newsletter, gathering topics from GTM stakeholders, to ensure the organization is aligned on updates, process changes, and key enablement resources.
  • Stand-up and manage GTM's onboarding process for new hires, ensuring new hires are properly trained, added to the correct distribution lists, provisioned with the correct tools etc.

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
  • 35 years of experience in GTM operations, revenue operations, or GTM enablement roles.
  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and GTM reporting tools.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with U.S.-based stakeholders across GTM, Finance, and Operations.
  • Ability to work U.S. hours.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

  • Experience with CPQ quoting in Salesforce.
  • Experience designing and delivering training content.
  • Experience working in global or distributed teams.
