Role Overview
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to lead the development of compelling visual concepts that elevate brand storytelling across multiple platforms. This role combines strategic thinking with strong design execution, ensuring all creative outputs align with client objectives and agency standards.
The ideal candidate will bring a balance of conceptual thinking and technical expertise, with the ability to translate ideas into impactful visual solutions across digital and print media.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Direction & Concept Development
- Collaborate closely with the Art Director and wider team to understand business objectives, brand positioning, and project requirements
- Lead the development of creative concepts, visual directions, and design strategies aligned with client goals
- Translate briefs into innovative, high-quality design solutions that are both visually engaging and commercially effective.
Design Execution
Produce and oversee the creation of high-quality designs across multiple platforms, including:
- Social media content and campaigns
- Website and digital assets
- Marketing collateral (brochures, posters, banners, presentations)
- Branding and corporate identity systems
- Packaging and editorial design (books, magazines, etc.)
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and excellence in all visual outputs
Innovation & Problem Solving
- Challenge and refine briefs to deliver stronger, more creative outcomes within budget and timelines
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously elevate creative output
- Bring fresh ideas and approaches to campaigns, pitches, and internal projects
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Present concepts and final designs confidently to clients and internal stakeholders
- Interpret feedback effectively and refine designs accordingly
- Work closely with Account Managers and other departments to ensure seamless project delivery
Team Collaboration & Mentorship
- Support and guide junior designers, providing feedback and ensuring quality control
- Collaborate cross-functionally with PR, social media, content, and strategy teams
- Contribute to new business pitches and agency growth initiatives
Skills & Requirements
- Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and high-quality execution across digital and print
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Advanced proficiency in using Figma
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and visual storytelling
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
