Purpose
The Senior Graphic Designer will bring creativity and technical expertise to ITVT's Marketing Team, contributing to high-quality marketing materials for both print and digital channels. This role also includes UI/UX responsibilities, helping to design user-centered digital experiences in collaboration with the marketing and design teams. The role operates in a hybrid setup based in Manila, Philippines.
Area Of Responsibility
Graphic Design:
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop a wide range of marketing materials, including:
- Brochures, flyers, posters, and event assets (e.g., banners, invitations, custom email signatures, booth layouts)
- Social media graphics and visuals for platforms such as, but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
- Website banners, graphics for email campaigns, video, and infographics
- Responsible for continuously maintaining the company's brand aesthetics by ensuring that all marketing materials are aligned with our brand colors, typeface, and other visual and written content requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team and stakeholders to understand design requirements, develop strategies, create materials, and implement revisions from draft to final output.
Quality Control And Publishing
- Review and ensure all digital and printed marketing materials meet quality standards.
- Organize, upload, and manage marketing materials according to planned schedules, supporting efficient access across teams.
UI/UX Design
- Assist in the design and development of engaging, user-friendly experiences for digital systems, considering functionality and usability.
- Support the team in developing wireframes, user flows, and prototypes for web interfaces, applications, and marketing touchpoints.
- Collaborate on UI/UX projects to ensure a cohesive user experience across all digital platforms.
Minimum Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, art, or similar studies.
Experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience related to design software such as: Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Figma, etc.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing and branding functions.
- Deep understanding of creating, preparing, and producing/publishing various physical and digital marketing materials (i.e. brochures, banners, etc.)
- Proven experience and has a strong work portfolio in creating marketing materials for European businesses.
- Experience integrating AI tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALLE) into design workflows.
- UI/UX experience is highly preferred, with a solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
