Senior Graphics Artist
We're looking for a Senior Graphics Artist or Senior Multimedia Artist who combines artistic flair with technical mastery in design and motion. If you have strong conceptual thinking, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to turn ideas into visually striking digital and dynamic materials, we want you on our team.
About the Role
As a Senior Graphic Artist, you'll take the lead in producing engaging creative assets from static visuals to animated and video content across a wide range of brands and industries. You'll help shape campaign ideas, bring them to life, and mentor younger designers as part of a highly collaborative creative team.
Who You'll Design For
You'll work on a vibrant mix of clients from leading pharmaceutical companies and health brands to everyday masa staples, popular FMCG names, restaurants, and personal care products. Expect a creative playground that lets you flex your skills and build a portfolio as diverse as our client base.
What You'll Do
- Develop key visuals for both major and minor marketing campaigns
- Create static and dynamic digital materials for social media (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
- Apply strong fundamentals in design, typography, color theory, and composition
- Use advanced skills in vector illustration, image manipulation, and video editing
- Collaborate with the team during briefings, brainstorms, and client presentations
- Produce storyboards, mood boards, and creative rationales for campaign proposals
- Design brand assets such as logos, brand guides, and templates
- Participate in production work from pre-production planning to post-production editing
- Mentor junior artists and guide them toward creative excellence
- Perform other design-related duties as needed
What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements:
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere
- Solid background in advertising agency work and experience across multiple industries
- Up-to-date familiarity with social media trends and digital platforms
- Extensive experience in graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics/animation
- Working knowledge of video production processes (pre- to post-production)
- Strong portfolio that showcases creativity, versatility, and conceptual thinking
- Deep understanding of current trends, pop culture, and audience engagement
- Positive work attitude and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Nice-to-Haves:
- Degree in Advertising, Fine Arts, Digital Arts, or Multimedia Arts
- Certified training in design, editing, or animation software
- Experience leading small creative teams or handling small-scale campaigns
