Description:
We're looking for a highly creative and detail-driven Senior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team in Manila. Working closely with the Creative Director, you'll lead the development of visually compelling assets across a wide range of channels while helping elevate the overall quality and consistency of our creative output.
This role combines concept development, design execution, collaboration, and creative problem-solving. You'll bring strong visual instincts, confidence in presenting ideas, and the ability to balance creativity with strategic business objectives.
How You'll Make An Impact
Creative Direction & Design Execution
- Create visually compelling designs across campaigns, digital, social, web, and brand touchpoints
- Translate creative briefs into thoughtful, high-quality visual solutions
- Ensure all creative output aligns with Blueberry's brand identity and standards
- Present concepts clearly with strong creative rationale and strategic thinking
Collaboration & Creative Partnership
- Work closely with the Creative Director, Marketing team, and stakeholders to develop impactful creative solutions
- Collaborate constructively on briefs before execution begins
- Incorporate feedback effectively while maintaining creative integrity
Quality & Brand Excellence
- Maintain a high level of craft, consistency, and attention to detail across all outputs
- Follow sign-off and approval processes to ensure quality and accuracy
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously elevate creative work
Creative Operations
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Support content and asset management across CMS platforms where needed
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and production partners to bring ideas to life
Skills and Experiences:
Who We're Hoping To Find
- Tertiary qualifications and/or strong agency or in-house experience as a Senior Graphic Designer
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and execution across digital and brand work
- Deep understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and visual storytelling
- Experience managing creative projects across multiple channels and formats
- Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Umbraco, or similar
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and within a team
Extra Points if You Have
- Experience in fintech, trading, or fast-paced digital industries
- Basic HTML knowledge or understanding of web production workflows
- Experience working closely with motion, video, or multimedia teams
- Strong understanding of performance-driven creative and digital campaigns
