The Senior GDS Travel Consultant is responsible for providing expert travel support to customers by handling complex travel reservations, itinerary planning, ticketing, exchanges, refunds, and travel-related inquiries using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, and/or Galileo. The role requires advanced knowledge of airline fares, ticketing rules, travel regulations, and exceptional customer service skills. As a senior team member, the consultant will also provide guidance, coaching, and subject matter expertise to junior consultants while ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Corporate Travel Consultant
✔ At least 1 year of Corporate Travel
✔ At least 3 years of experience using ANY GDS (Amadeus preferred)
OR
GDS Travel Consultant
✔ At least 1 year of experience using ANY GDS (Sabre preferred)
✔ At least 1 year of blended support experience (Voice + Email or Chat)
