The Senior Full Stack Developer will lead the design and implementation of cloud-native applications to support digital transformation initiatives. This role focuses on building scalable, resilient solutions aligned with modern DevOps and cloud standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain front-end and back-end systems using modern frameworks (React, Angular, Node.js).
- Apply Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Trunk-Based Development (TBD) practices.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- Design CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment.
- Apply Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles to ensure system reliability.
- Set up monitoring, logging, and incident response processes.
- Collaborate across teams and integrate security best practices throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Continuously optimize performance and support ongoing improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of full stack development experience
- Proven DevOps experience; background in high-performing or DORA elite teams preferred
- Proficient in Node.js, Python, or Java; React/Angular for front-end
- Skilled in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and database technologies (SQL/NoSQL)
- Strong understanding of security in DevOps workflows

Work Arrangement
