- Lead end-to-end feature development across frontend (React/Next.js), backend (Node/Python), and infrastructure
- Pair with founder-clients on product decisions, not just spec execution
- Own quality — write tests, set monitoring, handle reviews
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering culture
- 5+ years building and shipping production web apps
- Strong TypeScript and React; comfortable in Node or Python on the backend
- Have shipped a product end-to-end (not just sprints in a large team)
- Curious about AI / agentic / data tooling
- IIT/BITS/NIT or equivalent technical depth (we hire on substance, not pedigree alone)
