Digi9 is hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer for, our AI-powered B2B SaaS voice automation platform.You'll build and scale core product modules, work across frontend and backend, optimize GraphQL APIs, and contribute to a robust multi-tenant SaaS architecture.

Must-have requirements:

• 4+ years of hands-on Full Stack development experience.
• Strong experience with Node.js, NestJS, React.js, Next.js, JavaScript & TypeScript.
• Strong hands-on experience with multi-tenant SaaS applications.
• Understanding of tenant identification, data isolation, RBAC & access control.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and GraphQL.
• Experience with microservices and scalable backend systems.
• Strong knowledge of MongoDB / PostgreSQL / MySQL.
• Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP, Git, CI/CD and deployment.
• Strong understanding of authentication, authorization and secure APIs.
• Willingness to work onsite from Bangalore.

Good to have:

• Docker & Kubernetes
• Redis / caching
• Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS or other message brokers
• Event-driven architecture
• Performance optimization & production troubleshooting
• Payment gateway / third-party integrations
• AI/LLM API integrations
• Experience building B2B SaaS products
• Voice automation / communication platforms
