Senior Full Stack Developer 12-Month Contract
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer for a full-time, 12-month contract, subject to standard terms and conditions.
Hiring will be immediate upon approval. The successful candidate must be able to contribute effectively from the outset and work independently in a structured, delivery-focused environment.
Minimum qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years relevant professional experience in full-stack development
Core requirements
- Proven senior-level experience in modern front-end development, using Angular (v15+) React with Redux
- Strong back-end development experience in Laravel and/or CodeIgniter
- Solid understanding of full-stack architecture, APIs, and system integration
- Ability to deliver reliably against agreed timelines and objectives
Advantageous experience
- Exposure to Microsoft Azure environments
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines
Contract details
- Engagement: Full-time contract
- Duration: 12 months
- Probation: An initial 3-month probationary period applies, subject to satisfactory performance and adherence to contractual terms
- Working hours:08:0017:00 South African time (SAST), including a one-hour break
- Public holidays: Public holidays will be observed in accordance with the employee's country of residence
- Remuneration: A monthly remuneration range of USD 1,000 USD 1,500, with the final amount determined based on the candidate's experience and qualifications, and subject to the agreed contractual terms and conditions.
- Performance benefit: A 13th cheque may be awarded, subject to satisfactory performance and applicable terms
- Engagement type: Independent individual contractors only (no agencies)
